Collections

The history of  manuscripts and published editions can be easily traced in the library stock. The scope of issues is extremely wide: from the first printed books of Ivan Fyodorov till the modern issues on electronic carriers. In accordance with the quantity and value of the book stock the Herzenka is among the greatest regional libraries of Russia.

The library is proud of its rare and valuable book stock, where the book monuments of international and world significance are collected. They are divided into separate collections:

— Collection of Rare and Valuable Books Published in Russia
— Local Studies Collection “Memory of Vyatka”
